Bingo. An old era was, ummm..., "ushered" out and a new era was brought in. Duchene, O'Reilly, Elliott, and Barrie are definitely silver linings to that season.
But still... that roster was BAD (for Avalanche standards, whatever that may be). Heck, look at what the players from that team are doing now/how their careers panned out. That should tell you a lot about that season. Francois Giguere...
