Take a look at this CCM set. I like it better then the 800 series sets. I DO NOT like the elbow pads in the 852 and 862 sets. There is no forearm protection. Trust me, that's area you want covered.

The RBK5k set is a solid set of gear that will last you a long time. I know it's made very well because it's Jofa gear.

The CCM set I posted is a very nice set. I have CCM1152 shoulder pads and I love them, but I also swear by my Jofa elbow pads. I can't speak for Easton because I don't have any Easton gear.

Oh, make sure you try everything on well before you head to the rink and don't pull the tags off. That way you can send it back if it doesn't fit well.

If there is a decent hockey shop in your area I would suggest heading there. I would even spend a little more to buy it at a place that can fit you properly and will be there if you have problems with it. Your call though.
