Too much flex

Im 5'10-5'11 and around 130. Im not exactly big or anything lol but I use a stick with about 90 flex on a one95. Honestly if you are a good player then I personally don't think flex makes a difference too much. (Unless your flex is too low and you get nothing on the shot because you are getting to much flex) If you think it is bringing down your play signifcantly then you should sell it. You could probably get 150 and get another but if I were you I would play it out.
You probably are only going to get bigger because at 140 I would be worried about getting any smaller (Coming from a small guy). So you will might just 'grow' into it.
Also you said you played with a wood stick so you most likely do not know if a stick with more flex will work better for you. I know I made one change to my old stick and tried it out and felt like it was garbage. I think it won't be a bad thing if you make no changes.
