I think, honestly, that we'll find out how Todd Richards will be as the head coach of our team, once we see how Ryan Johansen progresses next year. The coach's handling of him was questionable at times, and with a team that will be focused on building with youth during his tenure here, the development of players like Johansen will be absolutely necessary for his, and the team's success.
