I would say it is similar situation like in Moscow with Megasport. Too expensive loan of arena... O2 Arena will have new owners soon (bankruptcy hearing). New owner should be guy who is sponsor of KHL (MND) and he wanted to buy Sparta (in february) to join KHL in future. So, I think HC LEV will play in O2A sooner or later.
