Now Bragin as a club head coach is also a mystery to me, he's a strict coach, and this kind of near-soviet methods will not work with spoiled adult players. Not to mention that he comes from Spartak organization - but that's the least of my concerns, right now.
Bykov is also huge on discipline, maybe its a good thing. I think spoiled adult players should get over themselves. But either way, CSKA is very young and Red Army has so many prospects that again, a Bragin-Bykov type discipline will do them good.
