not sure Ruzicka is going to be seeing Hitch too much next year...

Hitch is the type of coach that is boom or bust with young players... he's either going to turn you into the best hockey player you're going to be, or he's going to break you. seems as if Carter is taking the right approach to dealing with Hitch mentally... obviously Richards was born to play under a guy like Hitch.
