Just for informations sake. When Comrie came to the Oilers he was on the 4th line. However he played so well that by the end of the season, He was elevated to the 2nd line behind Doug Weight. He had a great playoff as the second line center. Comrie played himself into the first line center position, he finally earned it in his 2nd year.

Comrie is a damn talented player. Most Oiler fans probably overvalue him but most fans on other teams undervalue him just as much. This is a kid that scored 50 goals in basically 1.5 seasons as a 21-22 year old if you take his playing with a broken wrist into consideration.
