Itīs a simple answer because Iīve only seen one game live in a arena so far

It was 2008 in Bern, SUI . It was the final of the Victria Cup against Metallurg Magnitogorsk.

Attendence: 14000

Iīve been driven with a friend of the local hockey team I also follow.
1500 km to Bern and back, 48 SFR around 50 $ to stay in the upper rink and watch the game, 40 $ to have something to sleep in Bern (cheapest place, it was a youth hostel 6 bedroom, so 4 people were totally unkwon to us ). Beer and food not included.

We met some friends of us in the arena from another german hockeyclub and were a bunch of 10 guys at the end.
We supported the whole 60 minutes and "battled" some russian supporters in chanting. We won

The game itself wasnīt that good for the 1st half, Magnitogorsk outplayed us heavy and they led 3-0.
Drury (2nd), Fritsche and again Drury finally tied it in the 3rd.

Shortly before the game was going to OT this happend:

My fav. player scored the gamewinner from strong forecheck and with a nice deke.

Was so happy. The whole upper bowl became one jumping place, all screamed of joy and hugs and high fived each other.

Really nice experience.

Itīs planned to celebrate my 33th birthday in the big apple and visit some games in the garden, the mausoleum and the rock.
