once we start the 3rd round i am going to start keeping track of skips per person. and if you miss 3 without sending a list i'm going to have to replace or somehow punish the person.
for right now ill just skip and they can pick whenever they get on. obviously sometimes it happens so I wont fire someone unless its picks in a row or happens a lot
