Of course, the downside is, once you're this far, it's like "God it's right there, I can smell it" and then if it doesn't come it hurts.
That being said, I think this day and age with 30 teams, winning the Cup is so rare and so special that you really have to hold onto some of the smaller successes. If it's always gonna be Cup or bust then hockey is just gonna make you miserable.
Right now the Rangers are there, and I can smell that ****in champagne and I want it so bad it hurts my soul. And if it doesn't come to be it's gonna hurt for awhile, but some time in July I'm gonna wake up and be like "you know...we had one hell of a season."
So I voted Conference Final.
