He predates the original Nintendo System release in North America in 1985 and he was a top level player the year the system was released in Japan in 1983... it was released in July and he played in the World Championship before the release so he basically started being a top level goalie before the NES was released!

The Macintosh Computer was released in January 1984, Hasek's career predates that! Hasek predates the computer mouse! The original Microsoft Windows was released in Novemebr 1985. Again Hasek predates that!

If Hasek could comeback to the NHL he would have played in the 84 Canada Cup, 87 Canada Cup, 88 Olympics, 92 Canada Cup, 98 Olympics, 02 Olympics, 06 Olympics, 08 NHL Season, 10 Czech Season, 11 KHL season, 13 NHL Season.... It would be absolutely incredible.
