Wow. I can't believe some Sens fans would actually deal Havlat and more for Kovalev. Kovalev could walk at the end of the year, as could Alfredsson. So, we could go from Hossa, Alfredsson and Kovalev/Havlat on RW, to Hossa alone.
Kovalev is a great player, but Havlat is much, much cheaper (and will continue to be), and could concievably end up putting up Kovalev type of numbers. I mean, I'd love Kovalev, but not at the expense of Havlat. If we're Havlat for a guy who has a big contract and could walk in the near future (as much as the idea is silly in its own right), it'll be for a power forward like Keith Tkachuk or Bill Guerin.
Also, I personally wouldn't deal Rachunek for Poti. While Poti might have a slight advnatage offensively, Poti is two years older, softer, weaker defensively, more expensive and also a left handed shot. We need Rachunek because he's a right handed shot.
