Fleury needs a change for his goaltending coach, at his age...needing a mentor just seems like, I don't know...weird. Not that a guy at any age couldn't use a mentor, unless you are in your twilight years in NHL "Age" like Hasek.

I think Dominik goes to one of the teams he's been on before. Buffalo is out of the question and probably Ottawa as well with Bishop, Lehner and Anderson. I think he goes to Detroit and takes the back-up job to Howard to stay fresh for the playoffs where the Wings would probably be more of a threat with him, at his age, than with Howard.

As for the back-up job, I'd sign a younger veteran back-up than Johnny and let Thiessen and whomever the guy ends up being, fight for the back-up job.
