Burke has given away a lot of assets or seen them devalued after the brought them to his organization... and he's always been a terrible drafter as well, and hasn't accumulated a lot of assets through the draft through most of his career.
At best, he's average when it comes to overall asset management.

Wouldn't call it lucky, a lot of them were pretty smart. He definitely gives a lot away, sometimes unnecessarily, but overall I'd say he's quite good.
