Really not thay bad of an idea. I mean you'd be pisses if it happened to your team, but it would definitely influence players to kwep theie heads up.
The only downfall may be players INTENTIONALLY putting their heads down with the hopes of drawing a call...meaning more ******** for the league to look at and even possibly more injuries.
By the way, a little party tip for the OP. Never describe one of your ideas as "fantastic " before presenting it. You're setting yourself up for a let down, and you come off as someone who would like their own statuses on Facebook.
