To the guys saying that getting caught with your head down is enough - well, it is, but hockey is a tough sport, players take risk to make plays. Of course you can't never watch the puck, but if there is a rule to look up when you have it, we won't see players running into hitters (like when Perron collided with Thornton).
How does it happen that Crosby almost never gets caught with his head down? He is always aware. Gretzky was always aware.
With this rule, you are pretty much getting rid of scoring from the fourth line. Crosby doesn't get caught as often because he's the best player in the league. It would be more fair to use an average player as an example instead of him.
