The fact that Shea has played for Moncton and lost his NCAA eligibility definitely means he won't be headed to the USHL. A trade is inevitable. He is an extremely smart kid but I feel his dad has spoiled him. Before headed to the Q, I've seen him play over in the States a couple times and he logged a ton of ice time. I feel he handles adversity much different than other players because everything has been spoon fed to him having an NHL scout father running the show in the background. His dad ensuring he's getting the top amount of ice time. He's a good player, and should do well this year but I feel he needs to learn that you can't just give up when it doesn't go your way.
