Apparently Winnipeg has chosen to forefeit the rights to more prospects (3) than any other team (most forfeited the rights to 2 at most).
Does this mean Chevy might be in the market to sign 1 or 2 prospects that other teams chose to forfeit the rights to or were unable to come to terms with?
