Mens Leaguer here so nothing too serious and no mental prep other than saying to myself "don't get kicked out of the game for a change" on the way to the rink.

-pregame meal 3-6hrs prior
-1-2hr nap if possible
-C4 pre workout drink 1-2 scoops
-good warmup
