Since I spent the past year to try beers from Québec, I'll mainly focus on beers from the States this year.

I found most European breweries present to be not appealing in comparison to the ones from the USA.
As for the Québec beers, here are a few suggestions :
- Unibroue : Grande réserve 17
- La succursale : Angus IP"AAA"
- Trou du diable : La buteuse
