I'd go with the Ottawa 2nd-rounder and nothing more. Vancouver gets rid of the contract, alleviates their goalie headache, and acquires a good pick to still be able to snag one of Subban/Dansk/Vasilievski/Makarov with.

No, it's not close to fair value, but it'll probably be the best one they get. Unless Brian Burke gets involved.
