you have to start with the wings, this means having the curling locks coming out from your hat. have a shower then put your hat on with wet hair, pull the hair straight out. it takes a good couple months but once the wings get to a length that they just arent working anymore. take off your hat and BOOM hockey flow, just like that. leave in conditioner will make it smooth for the ladies hands and the goals and apples come with the flow. you will find your stride longer and more powerful, your passes tape to tape and your entire game will change. you tell all your buds its frmo exercise and training but its not, its all flow.
