Alright, here's a short list of what I tried today :

Allagash - Curieux (Tripel aged in bourbon) : Didn't taste the bourbon at all, but was a good brew
Dogfish Head - Burton Baton (Old Ale/IPA) : This was my last one of the evening and at this point I was hammered. Great brew as well, is more of a DIPA than an Old Ale. Lots of hops.
Founders - Dirty B*stard (stupid filter) (Scotch Ale) : Great Scotch ale, loved it. I've tried lots of scotch ale that were awful, not the case with this one.
Founders - Porter : This is the one I was the most disappointed with. Not because it's bad, but because it's nothing original. It's a good poter, nothing more.
Founders - Double Trouble (Imperial IPA) : Loved it. Similar to the Angus IP"AAA" from La succursale. If you love hoppy beers, this one's for you.
Jolly Pumkin - La Roja (Wild ale) : I haven't tried much wild/sour ales so far in my beer experiences. Came here expecting to not like any at all but god damn this is great. Tastes like the Rodenbach Grand Cru but smoother. Hints of grapes in the taste.
Jolly Pumkin - Oro de Calbraza (Sour Belgian) : Easy to drink sour. This was the one I liked the less out of the 3 JP, but it's still very good. It tastes exactly what you would expect from a Sour Belgian.
Jolly Pumpkin - Maracaibo (Sour Brown Ale) : My favorite out of the 3 JP. All of the JP sours were quite smooth and easy to drink, which I loved.
New Belgium - La Folie (Flanders Oud Bruin) : Jesus f christ. This is a great beer. Another sour, I'll be having some tomorrow as well for sure. Better than all 3 JP. Try this one before it's gone, really worth it.
Ommegang - Three Philosopher (Quad with cherries) : I usually hate cherries, but this beer is quite good. You taste the cherries, but not that much, they aren't prominent. I can see why it has great reviews.

I had a few Lagunita beers on my list, but it seems they aren't present there (Gnarlywine and Undercover Shutdown), even tho it was on the list on the website. Too bad.

I haven't tried all the beers on my list, tomorrow will be another great day.
