With playing out, i've found that if i'm slumping/failing at one aspect of my game, I could easily just focus on what I was doing well at the moment. (going from stay at home D to a more aggressive, pinching D man, for an example)

Since i've been playing goal; if i even think that i'm slumping, i find my game suffers greatly.

Just be thankful you're not between the pipes.
Goalies get less forgiveness for slumps, that's for sure :p
