Damn, some brutal injuries here on this msg board

The worst part, is that so many injuries in hockey are PREVENTABLE with proper training,,, like shoulder seperations, groin/hip flexor injuries, ACL/MCL tears,,, a lot of man games lost to very preventable injuries...

Not much you can do about concussions except maybe a Brad Marchand low bridge I wonder if they "legalized" that move if that would slow guys down from skating 100mph into big hits (causes concussions sometimes... other times, it's just a "hit to the head" with not much speed needed).

How about a foot injury (tear to a muscle in my lower leg) from running outside on "uneven ground" - what a rookie mistake! It nagged me for almost 2 months.
