Trading up is a valid option, I think, though it would be tricky without a 2nd round pick.
Trading back would be a mistake, in my opinion. If you look at most of the mocks, it is pretty clear that the last of the second tier defenseman will go right around this spot.
Moving back a few places poses significant risks without a great deal of reward--unless some team goes crazy. The best-case scenario there is that a team covets one of the two goalies and wants to jump up, but if you look at the teams drafting behind us, none figures to take a goalie until NJ at 29.
