Moving back a few places poses significant risks without a great deal of reward--unless some team goes crazy. It's true that trading down would be risky and a possible mistake, but if you consider a player like Finn to be a mid-round 1st at best and a mid 2nd round at worst there are a good number of interchangeable players. Finn is just an example, but if he's mid round 1st talent you can get mid 2nd, there are others that fit the same bill (mainly the 2nd tier D).
