I looked back, and what do you know? My "Wasted. Season." tweet was after the loss to the Red Wings (right after the loss to the BlueJackets), both post-trade, but pre-streak. At that point the team had won 31 and lost 37, and was in 10th place, only percentage points ahead of Colorado for 11th.
And right before the six-game winning streak that took them briefly into 3rd.  Ahh, I'll take that kind of *****slap from karma any year! |
