No. You are hung up on thinking, and incorrectly implying, that because I think Carle is easily replaceable, everything else that can be done, is easy as well.
The only thing I've ever said is easy, which I then realized is even
easier than I first thought, is replacing Carle.

Correct, I said it. I'll say it again too. Guys like Matt Carle are easily replaced.
