So Cote decided to follow his teammates rather than staying in Norfolk!

He'll be interesting to see what Norfolk will do with Langelier-Parent and Devos. They were originally signed by Norfolk (probably under the recommendations of Tampa). Guy Boucher probably had a say in those signings because Langelier-Parent played for McGill (a team that Boucher coached) and Devos was the top scorer of the QMJHL in 2010-2011. However, now they belong to Anaheim's new affiliate, so maybe Stevie Y or Julien Brisebois will try to bring these two to Norfolk.

Another interesting info : Philip-Michael Devos will attend Tampa Bay's camp rookie according to this link!/1 (in french). So it seems like he is still part of the extended family of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
