I want this organisation to focus on our prospects and free agency, let the kids play and grow from within our organisation. I'd rather have them take a chance on a young and cheap Galchenuyk instead of trading for someone like Ryan for example.

Exactly. With a weak UFA crop and lots of team with cap room, somebody will surely overpay for Nash, Staal and Ryan if they do indeed get moved.

Even with a rocky relationship in Anaheim, I don't see them moving Ryan unless someone overpays(like Beaulieu plus #3 overall pick) as both Getzlaf and Perry could potentially walk after next year.
