hey shane- the statement "bergeron has cooled off" certainly doesn't apply to today's game. i agree that he's been sub-par lately, but i thought he was awesome today. as someone mentioned earlier, he used his talent today- made some great moves, passes and was really battling in front of the net (i wonder if DC noticed patrice parked out in front of the net taking crosschecks to the back ). he's no mary folks- this kid is willing to get dirty. maybe he doesn't drop the gloves, but why should he have to? he gets an A+ from me today. but i do think he'd benefit moving to that 3rd line, and he'd also help pick up rolston and axelsson. get zino back in there, as his creativity really helps us against these trap happy squads.
