This is the thing that is so hard to tell, whether the prospect was just not a good player, or maybe we didn't develop him right.

Sometimes, its easy to tell, like with James Sheppard and Colton Gillies, as they sat on the bench most of the year. The rest of the time you never know.

Is the scouts problem? A player development problem? Or does the player just suck? When a bust happens, I just blame the team, no need to go so specific to say scouting or player development, its all the same thing.
