Agreed. There have been many people that have been responsible for the development of AJ Thelen in his career, but the one who dropped the ball the most is AJ Thelen. People can blame whoever they want for his career derailment, but he was given many opportunites and failed to take advantage of them. Like I said, management is not blameless in how they handled him, but the primary blame should be on Thelen.
