What IIHF rule stops Ryan from playing for Sweden? Samuelsson has played for USA in a IIHF event, but Ryan has not.
Does Ryan and Samulessons Swedish citizenships count as "new nationality"? Or maybe the other way around. The swedish nationality counts as "new citizenship"?
Ryan has represented Team Sweden U17, U18, U19 and U20 for fu**'s sake!
