The cap floor means absolutely nothing because the CBA is expiring. If the PA thinks the cap floor is going to stay this high they are greatly mistaken and we are in for a long long lockout.
The floor is almost 10 million more than the cap was in 06, that is unrealistic and unsustainable for most clubs, especially with no revenue sharing.
