Tennis elbow for me was a big "fatigue" type pain just above the back of the elbow going down the forearm. I switched to a lighter stick and it went away in a few days.
cool, thanks for the info. yea right now its kind of a dull throb in my bicep area, and then a kind of numbness from the back of my elbow down.
i think the bicep thing is just a muscle strain, so i could probably just wait it out for the week. im wondering if maybe my technique is wrong? i know for a fact my flex is too stiff for me, but its what i got until the new sticks come in.
