I kinda train too much for my old ass. I train off ice at least 4 days a week (not necessarily hockey specific), play summer league, play pickup here and there and my recovery sucks, it's nowhere near it should be.

When I get on the ice I should work a little more on outside edges skating backwards, but I hate it. I don't really know why, since all other edgework was a fun to master.
