Inglewood is hardly any worse than the area around Staples.
From what I heard, MSG bought the Forum to be used primarily as a concert venue and is going to spend a bunch of $$ to renovate it for that purpose. I doubt there will be much sports there.
And LOL @ the Sports Arena. Now THAT'S a dump.
