Yup. I'd be in your corner 100%. But in a blowout? No.
Never in the history of the sport of ice hockey has a non-clinching sudden death puck or,,,,,at the very least..... the puck that just happened to be laying on the ice in a 6-1 game - ever been treated like it was something special.
This is a first.
Then why would Elias take it? Does he make it a habit of taking home game pucks?
It took 45 years for the Kings to win the Stanley Cup, let them have their puck if they want it.
