Lacking Kim Johnsson and with Rathje and Hatcher both rendered immobile by injury, this team isn't good enough to win a Cup, Primeau or no Primeau.

Add to that the fact that the Flyers should be better NEXT year with rookies Richards Carter Meyer adding bulk and experience plus (contracts permitting) swapping in Potulny, Eager, and perhaps Picard for, say, Savage, Brashear, and, perhaps, Desjardins and you have the makings of a pretty dynamic squad.

Primeau would be foolish to risk the end of his career for a mere double-sixes roll of the dice with this team.
