one thing i noticed, though, was that there wasn't many quality shots on Quick in the overall. It was often in the perimeter and cleared out by the defense very quickly. While Quick stole 2 games (which is a feat in itself), i wouldn't compare it to Giguere's historic run. In Giguere's case, it was clear the Ducks had no business winning, he willed them to victory. how many overtimes did they get into that year because Giguere wouldn't let a goal in? Those were the best runs I've ever seen.

Anyways, I don't feel comfortable chopping down Quick's accomplishments, because they are phenomenal and I'm a huge fan of his. Just always felt that Brown was the player that "willed" the team into the cup. He faded away on a few games in NJ, but that's pennies compared to what he did earlier. Quick probably would have been my #2 pick after Brown. Kopitar and Doughty were awesome as well.
