Althought NS has definately played some role in declining of top end talent it's not the biggest reason. Biggest reason is that coaches concentrated too much on tactics and forgot to improve individuals skills. Same thing happended in Sweden, but they realized that way earlier.

So the lesson in here is: dont teach "meidän peli" or other tactical crap for young players. Concentrate on individual skills.
