Fowler should see an improvement this year, he is only 20 correct.
BTW - Fowler wasn't put into the top 4 because Sutton broke his hand. He was put into the top 4 because Sutton wasn't a top 4 defenseman, and Sbisa had been pencilled in to the line-up, but started the season in the AHL because he wasn't ready for responsibility that was expected of him. Murray made it clear, before training camp, that he was going to let Fowler show his stuff, but that the blue line he was putting together for the season did not include Fowler.
