I have to admit that there does seem to be alot of defensive specialists out there... didn't know there were so many available to sign. Guess that answers my question.

But as for your "scoring is more of an enigma" comment, I'm not convinced that scoring is what this team really needs, except for a "power forward" type. Yes, we need more offense this year, but will we next year? And how about if there's a lockout; if the next hockey season is two seasons from now, won't our young guns be able to step it up and come in by then? The rookies will need a couple of strong leaders to show them the way, but besides that do you really think the Habs will need outside help for the top 2 lines in the next couple of seasons?
