If the Ducks want a defenseman AND a 2nd line center, it'll be impossible to pull off - unless somehow Murray told Regier that he wanted Ott and not Roy but didn't have what Dallas wanted. Regier trades Ott and Sekera for Ryan - which more or less would end up being Roy + Sekera from Sabres' end but the Ducks would be taking on only $5M in cap space with Ott/ Sekera.

I know....far-fetched.
