Considering that Faulk is regarded as a franchise dman, Murphy will most likely be the one to go in a trade for Nash. I am against that because, I too, believe that Nash isn't worth our best prospect+++. Looking back at the Staal trade, the only advantage of trading for him now is that we didn't have to go into a bidding war during the 2013 free agency. It was probably a smart move too, because Staal might have chose a better team for more money. We didn't have to lose our best defensive prospect for Staal, so I doubt we should do that for Nash.
Tripp seems to believe the deal won't include Skinner, Faulk or Murphy. He did hint that it might include multiple picks though.
Of course, that may have just been on the offer that JR's apparently thrown out there already.
