It doesn't matter what you want or what the fans want, it matters what the coach wants. Which is three functional lines and a 4th line that can be trusted for more than 3-5 minutes per game. Parros can't play 10 minutes per game, he's worse than the players on most teams' 4th lines and it's a fire drill when other teams get their higher lines out against him.

The team needs tough 4th liners who can actually play hockey. Not too many around, and even fewer available, and fewer yet interested in a 4th line salary at OC cost of living. That's reality.
All teams have middleweights so why would Staubitz even be scratched unless you think he can handle a heavyweight
