I think that's what everyone hopes, but it's also unreasonable to expect that Schenn replaces what Carle brought. I believe Schenn is fully capable of replacing (and eventually surpassing) Carle
defensively and brings a vastly different physical element. However, Schenn is certainly more limited offensively. He can't and won't replace that element of Carle's game.
